You must be at least 18 years old to register the commission. We do not work with anyone under the age of 18, parents / guardians, and third parties.

We estimate your commission only when we open our orders. While orders are closed, please use our base prices as an example to calculate the value of your commission. The set price for your commission is valid for 30 days and can be changed after 30 days. The number of free places for commissions is limited. We reserve the right to deny you commission.

We give a guarantee for our work within 90 days from the date of receipt. After a 90-day period, we offer you a refurbishment at an additional cost. Any changes not agreed will void the warranty. Warranty repairs are calculated for defects in material or construction that may have occurred during manufacture. Damage caused by abuse or normal wear and tear of materials is not covered by the warranty. Return shipping costs are not covered. Contact us if you have a need for repairs or updates of your suit to discuss the details. It is important that every suit must be washed before being sent to us for repair. We reserve the right to void the warranty at our discretion. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after the commission has been completed and dispatched.

We require a 30% non-refundable down payment to cover the cost of your commission. The remainder of the amount must be paid before construction is completed. Late payment will result in a delay or cancellation of the commission. We are not responsible for lost or late payments. For payment we accept: PayPal, credit / debit card or money orders. The finished suit will only be shipped after 100% payment.

Our general queue has no clear deadlines. It is intended for a generalized period of time depending on your place in the queue. We are constantly updating our list – just follow it. You can also follow our more detailed work via Trello. We do not work with precise or short deadlines, since the quality of our work is important to us. On average, work on one commission takes from 1 to 3 months of work, but in some cases this period can be longer – from 3 to 5 months. Queue time is not included.

We share with the client photos of work in progress at certain stages of the process and final photos when your commission is completed. Work in progress and general updates are published on our account: Twitter, Instagram, Telegram (just write to us which method of communication is preferable for you).

Please do not make changes to the character design after the final price has been set. Any changes made thereafter may result in price changes. We are ready to work with you to take into account all the details before we start working on your commission.

We require accurate body measurements and an adhesive tape mannequin from all customers who purchase a full suit from us. Please use our step-by-step guide to get your DTD correct. DTDs made incorrectly cannot be used. Remember, the better the DTD is done, the better your suit will be. We are not responsible for changes in your body, so if you are planning to lose weight or gain weight, then wait until you complete this process, after which you can receive a commission.

We reserve the right to choose shipping methods and carriers. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged products during shipping. We do not cover shipping or customs fees. Delivery is included in the cost of any commission. We always require your name, exact address and phone number to send your commission.

All content on the site, including images and photographs, as well as the social networks where we have accounts, belong to Wolf Factory and cannot be used without our written permission. Our clients can use photos of their suits. You can keep content or photos for yourself for private and non-commercial use.
